Print Dolls

PrintDolls were the first to recreate vintage destination blinds. All Stops To… is the nostalgic range of artworks, inspired by the former cloth scrolls originally used to display the ‘end of the line’ on old buses, trams & trains. The prints, proudly designed & hand-made in Australia, now adorn walls of sentimental homes all over the world.In keeping with the era, it was essential to retain the vintage aesthetic of the original scrolls; hence the traditional techniques and materials chosen to create them. Each artwork is carefully screen-printed by hand, allowing the creation of pieces with slight imperfections which give the artworks additional charm.

The Printdolls website is definitely worth a sticky beak, have a look and see if you can find your old train/bus line.  The photography, story and styling of the site is all stunning, the two girls behind Printdolls somehow manage to make you feel like you have been on a mini break to the Northern Beaches.
